MJC are celebrating being able to recycle almost all its waste created from the day to day business of the company.

Recently the grade of woodchip that biomass boilers could accept has changed and the smaller grade chip that MJC create most of is now acceptable to be burnt at these sustainable energy creating projects. The company has now sent over 400 tonnes of chip to be burnt at these biomass boilers.

Once again MJC are proving their commitment to finding green and sustainable solutions to waste issues arising from the day to day running of the company.

It is for these reasons that we still hold our ISO 14001 accreditation for our Environmental Management standard.
